The proposal was made for Kekava parish near Riga with the land size of 20 hectares. The proposal consists of 3 preliminary suggestions with visual imagery included.

Version 1 suggested that the land use was to be divided accordingly:
business and office spaces 30%,
residential and terraced housing 70%.

Version 2 suggested that the land use was to be divided accordingly:
business and office spaces 60%,
residential and terraced housing 40% and

Version 3 suggested that the land use was to be divided accordingly:
business and office spaces 50%,
residential and terraced housing 50%.
